Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus are delivering a joint news conference as they meet in Moscow.
It comes while Donald Trump’s special envoy for the war in Ukraine is also in Moscow. He is expected to meet Russian officials for talks over how to end the fighting.
